Sandplay Therap

We offer sandplay therapy in both individual and group sessions.  This creative and non-verbal therapeutic approach allows individuals to express their inner world through the use of sand, water, and miniature figures. Sandplay therapy helps:

Build creativity by encouraging self-expression and imagination.

Enhance empathy through the activation of mirror neurons, fostering emotional understanding and connection.

Improve communication by providing an alternative way to express thoughts and feelings.

Develop thinking skills by promoting problem-solving and cognitive flexibility.

Boost emotional intelligence (EQ) by helping individuals identify and process emotions.

Sandplay therapy is particularly effective for children, adolescents, and adults who may find it difficult to articulate their emotions verbally. It can help process trauma, reduce anxiety, and promote healing in a safe and supportive environment.
