This varies by child and family goals. Some families notice improvement within 4–6 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.

We support children and teens with anxiety, worries, stress management, emotional regulation, confidence, social skills, family changes, and school challenges.
Q3: Do you provide practical strategies for parents?
Yes. Parent guidance is a key part of consulting. We provide practical strategies to help support your child at home and school.
Q4: What if my child doesn’t want to talk?
That’s okay. We use creative methods like drawing, play, or storytelling to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural.
Q5: How confidential are the sessions?
Sessions are confidential. Information is only shared with parents, schools, or other professionals if consent is given, unless there are safety concerns.
Q6: What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fee.
Q7: Do you accept funding or rebates?
Yes. NDIS (Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living) is accepted. Private health rebates may apply. Medicare rebates may be available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
