FAQs

Q1: Do I need a referral for an assessment?
No. Parents, teachers, or doctors can request an assessment. A GP or paediatrician referral may allow access to Medicare rebates for certain assessments.

Q2: What kinds of assessments do you provide?
We offer ADHD, ASD, cognitive, and learning disorder assessments. Each package includes intake, testing, feedback, and a detailed written report.

Q3: How long does the assessment process take and when will I receive the report?
The process usually involves 2–4 sessions across 2–4 weeks. Reports are typically completed within 2–4 weeks after the final session.

Q4: Can assessments be done online?
Parent intake and feedback can be done online (telehealth). Child testing must be completed in person for accuracy and reliability.

Q5: Will the report be accepted by schools and NDIS?
Yes. Our reports meet educational and clinical standards, suitable for school adjustments, NDIS applications, and allied health planning.
